INGREDIENTS

1 lb Small green seedless grapes
1/2 lb White chocolate
1 1/2 t Parafin wax

INSTRUCTIONS

Wash grapes; dry completely. Cut into small clusters. Place a long
skewer or fine knitting needle across the top of a large bowl. This
will be used to dry the clusters of chocolate-covered grapes. In a 2
cup measure or small deep bowl, combine white chocolate and paraffin.
Soften carefully over hot water. Do not use microwave for this.
Remove from heat; stir lightly to complete melting. Dip grape
clusters into melted chocolate, shaking off excess coating. Carefully
place clusters over skewer to dry. If desired, clusters can also be
dried on waxed paper. Yield: 4 to 6 Source: Good Friends Cookbook.
