INSTRUCTIONS
In saucepan combine 1/4 cup half n half, chips, cinnamon and nutmeg. Whisk
over low heat until vanilla pieces are melted. Remove cinnamon. Add
remaining half n half. Whisk until heated through. Remove from heat. Add
remaining ingredients.
