White Radish Relish

INGREDIENTS

1 c Daikon; coarsely shredded (white Oriental radish)
2 md Green onions; thinly sliced
1 sm Red chili pepper; seeded, finely chopped
2 tb Rice vinegar
1 1/2 ts Soy sauce
1 1/2 ts Sugar
1 ts Canola oil
1/2 ts Toasted sesame oil
1/4 ts Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

This relish has a real kick; serve it with Korean Barbecued Beef and other
mild foods. Combine daikon, onion and chili in a bowl. In another bowl
combine remaining ingredients until sugar is dissolved. Pour over daikon
mixture. Cover and chill up to 24 hours. Makes 16 servings.
