INGREDIENTS

2 t Salted black beans
1 Chopped red chilli
1 Clove garlic, chopped
2 t Grated fresh ginger
1 Bunc coriander, roughly
chopped
Splash of sherry
Splash of soy sauce
2 Portion sized plaice

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 200øC/400øF/gas mark 6.  Combine first 6
ingredients in a bowl. Put the fish in an oven proof  dish and spoon
over the sauce. Cover and bake for 20 minutes.  Converted by MC_Buster.
