INSTRUCTIONS
Directions: Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Cut 1/2 inch off the top of garlic
heads and place in a baking dish with 3 tablespoons water. Sprinkle 1
teaspoon of coarse salt and drizzle oil over the tops of garlic. Bake,
basting often, for 1 1/4 hours until garlic cloves are very soft. Top each
head with 1/2 ounce slice of goat cheese and broil for one minute until
golden.
