Wild Rice Pilaf

INGREDIENTS

1 c Wild rice
1/2 c White rice
2 c Green seedless grapes; halved
2/3 c Chopped pecans; toasted
1 tb Chopped fresh thyme; or 19 oz can rinsed
1 ts Dried thyme
1 tb Olive oil
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large saucepan over high heat, bring 3 cups of water to a boil. Add
wild rice, reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 25 mins. Stir in white
rice, cover and continue to cook for 20 mins or until rice is tender. Stir
in grapes, pecans, thyme, oil, salt and pepper. Toss to coat well.
