INGREDIENTS

1 tb Margarine
8 c Thinly sliced iceberg lettuce
1/2 ts Sugar
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
2 c Fresh green peas

INSTRUCTIONS

Melt margarine in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add
lettuce, and cook 3 minutes or until lettuce wilts, stirring frequently.
Stir in sugar and remaining ingredients, and cook 2 minutes. Yield: 4
servings (serving size: 1 cup).
Per serving: 100 Calories; 3g Fat (29% calories from fat); 5g Protein; 13g
Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 180mg Sodium
