Eggs Salad 6 Servings

INGREDIENTS

3 sl Bacon
1/2 c Vinegar
1/2 c Water
2 tb Sugar
1 1/2 ts Salt
1 sm Onion; minced
1 Egg; well beaten
Fresh leaf or head lettuce

INSTRUCTIONS

Snip bacon into small pieces; saut. until crisp in large skillet. Stir in
vinegar, water, sugar, salt, onion, and egg.  Heat to boiling, stirring
constantly.  Wash and drain lettuce. Tear into small pieces. Toss with hot
dressing in skillet.  Yield: 6 servings.
