INGREDIENTS

1 Lemon
1/4 c Dry white wine
2 Cloves garlic, crushed
1 T Dried oregano
1 Bay leaf, crumbled
White pepper, freshly ground
1 1/2 lb Beef or lamb

INSTRUCTIONS

Squeeze the lemon directly into a bowl. Whisk in the remaining
ingredients, adding a liberal amount of pepper. Marinate the meat on
both sides for a few hpurws or overnight. When ready to broil, drain
the meat and baste with the reserved marinade while cooking.  Calories
and nutrients are negligable. Do not have to count.  Diabetic Cooking
