Wonderful And Easy Potato Casserole

INGREDIENTS
| 2 | Bags frozen shredded hash | |
| Browns, thawed | ||
| 2 | Cream of chicken soup | |
| 16 | oz | Sour cream |
| 8 | oz | Cheddar cheese, shredded |
| 1 | Onion | |
| 2 | T | Crushed garlic |
| 2 | Handfuls | |
| Crushed cornflakes |
INSTRUCTIONS
Saute onion and garlic in butter until soft. In large bowl mix, hash browns, soup, sour cream and 3/4 of cheese. Add onion mixture and mix well. Put in 9x13 pan sprayed with Pam top with remaining cheese and cornflakes. Bake 35 minutes at 350. I got 3 proposals after serving this at a superbowl party. Guys really like it. Feeds 10-12.
