Yema with Toasted Peanuts

INGREDIENTS

1 cn Condensed milk
8 Egg yolks
2 tb Butter
1 ts Vanilla
1/2 c Peanuts, ground
1/2 c Caramel syrup (up to 1)

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix together condensed milk and egg yolks in double boiler. Stir constantly
until thick. Add butter, vanilla and nuts. Remove from flame when cooled,
form into balls or roll and cut into 1.5 inch pieces. Dip in caramel syrup
and cool
