INGREDIENTS

1 c Low calorie cottage cheese
1 c Plain low-fat yogurt
2 T Honey
2 T Fresh lemon juice
1 T Pineapple juice, optional

INSTRUCTIONS

Place all ingredients in blender container and blend until smooth.
Serve over fruit platter or fruit salad. Calories: 11 per Tablespoon.
