INSTRUCTIONS
Place first three ingredients in greased 9 inch pie pan. Combine remaining
ingredients and mix well. Poor into pie pan. Bake at 350* for 35-40
minutes, until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool until
set, about 5 minutes. Makes 8 slices. (only made 4 for my family)

I substituted sandwich ham; and used 1/2 each cheddar & mozzarella.
