INGREDIENTS

1/2 lb Yellow; summer, crookneck squash
1/2 lb Zuchinni
1/2 lb Fresh mushrooms (I like a mix of Button and Portabello)
1 lg Onion sliced

INSTRUCTIONS

Spray a large saucepan with Pam and heat to medium high.  Add your onion
and saute until it begins to softened. Add mushrooms and squash and cover.
Lower heat to medium and allow to steap until squash is softened. Enjoy.
I have a really wonderful recipe for 4 cheese manicotti that is extremely
lowfat but am a bit concerned about posting it here.  If anyone would like
it, please post me privately.
