Zesty Corn in the Skillet

INGREDIENTS

1 lb Bulk pork sausage; crumbled
1 md Clove garlic; minced
1 sm Onion; finely chopped
1/2 md Green pepper; coarsely chopped
1 cn (16 oz.) whole kernel corn; drained
2 lg Tomatoes; cut in small pieces, don't lose liquid
1/2 c Zucchini; chopped unpeeled
1 ts Chili powder
1/4 ts Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Saute' sausage, garlic, onion and green pepper in a large skillet over
medium heat until meat is browned, stirring to cook evenly. Remove from
heat and carefully drain off fat. Stir in corn, tomatoes, zucchini, chili
powder and pepper. Return to heat. Cover and gently cook on low heat until
thoroughly heated, about 15 mintues.
