eggs  1 c. oil  2 c. sugar  2 c. zucchini  3 c. flour1 tsp. soda  1
tsp. salt  1/4 tsp. baking powder3 tsp. cinnamon  2 tsp. vanilla  1/2
c. chopped nuts  Beat: Sugar, eggs & oil in large bowl.Sift: Flour,
spices together.Add  flour & zucchini to mixture.  Mixwell, add
vanilla.  Beat well.  Add  nuts.Yield 3 small loaves.  Pour into
greasedpan.  375 degrees - 45  min. to 1 hr.  Lois De Midio
