c. flour 3 c. sugar 3 sticks margarine 8 c. zucchini (peeled, seeds removed -- and sliced thin) 2/3 c. lemon juice 1 tsp. cinnamon Mix flour, 2 c. of sugar and margarine until it forms crumbs. Take half ofcrumb mixture and pat into a cookie sheet(15 1/2 x 10 1/2). Bake at 375 degreesnfor 9 to 10 min. Cool. Cook zucchini,1 c. sugar, juice and cinnamon in largepot until zucchini is t Ginger Brown AMISH PIE DOUGH (crust) 6 c. flour 1 lb. lard 1 tsp. salt 1 Tbsp. vinegar (cider) 1 Tbsp. sugar 1 egg Combine flour and lard, cut togetheruntil fine, add sugar and salt. Beat eggsin a 1 c. measure, add vinegar. Fill withcold water. Dump all at once into flourmixture and stir with a fork. Makes 6shells or 3 covered pies. Helen McCracken
