SERMON I. SERMON VII.  SINNERS BOUND TO CHANGE THEIR OWN HEARTS. — Ezek. 18:31.–"Make you a new heart, and a new spirit, for why will ye die?"

GOD CANNOT PLEASE SINNERS.– Luke, 7:31-35–"And the Lord said, Whereunto then shall I liken the men of this generation? and to what are they like? They are like unto children sitting in the marketplace, and calling one to another, and saying, We have piped unto you, and ye have not danced; we have mourned to you, and ye have not wept. For John the Baptist came neither eating bread nor drinking wine; and ye say, He hath a devil. The Son of man is come eating and drinking; and ye say, Behold a gluttonous man, and a winebibber, a friend of publicans and sinners! But wisdom is justified of all her children." SERMON II.  SERMON VIII.  HOW TO CHANGE YOUR HEART.–Ezek. 18:31.–"Make you a new heart, and a new spirit, for why will ye die?" CHRISTIAN AFFINITY.–Amos, 3:3–"Can two walk together except they be agreed?" SERMON III.  SERMON IX. TRADITIONS OF THE ELDERS.–Matthew, 15:6.–"Thus have ye made the commandment of God of none effect, by your tradition." STEWARDSHIP.–Luke, 16:2–"Give an account of thy stewardship." SERMON IV. SERMON X. TOTAL DEPRAVITY.–John, 15:42–"But I know you, that ye have not the love of God in you."

DOCTRINE OF ELECTION.–Ephesians, 1:45.–"According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love: Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will." SERMON V.  SERMON XI.

TOTAL DEPRAVITY. –Romans, 6:7.–"The carnal mind is enmity against God, for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be."
