INSTRUCTIONS
Place the melted butter and flour in a saucepan. Cook over a high heat for
1 minute to lightly brown, stirring constantly. Stir in the cream. Continue
cooking, stirring constantly, until thick. Turn the heat down and add the
worcestershire sauce, onion, celery, and chicken. Heat thoroughly but, do
not boil. Place the avocado halves in a baking dish. Fill with chicken
mixture. Sprinkle cheese on top. Pour 1/4 inch of water in bottom of baking
dish. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until the
avocados are hot and the cheese is melted. Makes 6 servings.
