Mexican Wedding Cookies

Mexican 4 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Butter or margarine
2 tb Confectioners sugar
1 c Flour
1 c Pecans, chopped
1 ts Vanilla

INSTRUCTIONS

Cream together the butter and sugar until light. Add flour, pecans and
vanilla. Roll dough into 1 inch balls. Place on greased baking sheet and
flatten slightly. Bake at 300 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes to only a light
color. Roll in additional confectioners sugar while warm. Let cool, roll
again in confectioners sugar.
