INSTRUCTIONS
AVOCADO CREAM DRESSING
Remove the top from the melons and using a parisienne cutter scoop out the
flesh of the melons. Halve the grapes and remove pips. Combine all the
ingredients in a glass bowl and pour avocado cream dressing over the
mixture.
Avocado Cream Dressing:
Combine all the ingredients and chill.
