Summer Salad With Croutons

INGREDIENTS

For the salad
1 Bag mixed leaf salad
100 g Cherry tomatoes, halved
4oz
25 g Black olives, halved 1oz
75 g French beans, cut into 3
3oz
2 Hard boiled eggs, cut into 6
1 Avocado, cubed
1 220 gram bag Mozzarella
cheese cubed 8oz
For the dressing
3 T Mayonnaise
2 T White wine vinegar
1 t Honey
1/2 t Dijon mustard
2 t Schwartz Salad Seasoning
1 T Olive oil
2 Thick slices bread, cut into
cubes
Schwartz Lemon Sea Salt, to
taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all the salad ingredients together in a large bowl.  Blend all the
dressing ingredients together and toss into the salad.  For the
croutons, heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the bread  until
lightly browned, stirring continuously, season with Lemon Sea  Salt and
sprinkle croutons over the salad and serve.  Converted by MC_Buster.
