Asian Skewered Chicken

INGREDIENTS

6		Woooden or metal skewers; (up to 8)
1/4	c	Soy sauce
3	tb	Dry white wine
3	tb	Lemon juice
2	tb	Vegetable oil
1/2	ts	Ginger
1/2	ts	Garlic powder
1/4	ts	Onion powder
1	ds	Pepper
1 1/2	lb	Boneless skinless chicken breast cut into 1 1/2 in cubes

INSTRUCTIONS

Here is a recipe from a cook book I got for christmas called MR. FOOD
Grills it all in a snap!
soak wooden skeewers for 20 minsin water mix everything together and soak
chicken cubes for 30 mins devide chick into 6 to 8 equal part and put on
skeewers grill 5 to 7 mins or until chicken is no longer pink
