CONFESSION 14
FEAR
The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? What time I am afraid, I will trust in the Lord. In God I will praise his word, in God I have put my trust; I will not fear what flesh can do unto me. Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for God is with me; His rod and His staff they comfort me. I will not fear because God has created and formed me; He has redeemed me; He has called me by name; I am His. When I pass through the waters, He will be with me, and through the rivers, they shall not overflow me. when I walk through the fire, I will not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon me. God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the LORD JEHOVAH is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation. I will not fear for God is with me; I am not dismayed, for He is my God. He strengthens me; He helps me; He holds me up with the right hand of His righteousness. My Heavenly Father knows when a single bird falls to the ground. He even knows the exact number of the hairs of my head. I will not fear, therefore, because I am of great value to God. I will not be afraid; I will believe God. I will not fear because it is my Father’s will to give me the kingdom. Jesus has given me peace. I will not let my heart be troubled neither will I let it be afraid. Though I have tribulation, I will be of good cheer because Jesus has overcome the world in my behalf. I have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but I have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby I call God my Father. God has not given me the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
