Apple And Raisin Bread Pudding

INGREDIENTS

4 c French bread, cut in cubes
1 1/2 c Apples, green or red
delicious or a mixture
1/2 c Raisins
1 1/2 c Skim milk
3 Egg Beaters Real Egg
Product 3/4 cup
3/4 c Sugar, or 1/2 cup sugar +
3 packets Sweet 'n Low
2 T Liquid Butter Buds
1 t Vanilla extract
1/2 t Cinnamon
1/4 t Nutmeg

INSTRUCTIONS

In a 2 quart casserole that has been sprayed with a non-fat cooking
spray, combine bread cubes, apples, and raisins; set aside. Combine
milk, Egg Beaters, sugar, liquid Butter Buds, vanilla, cinnamon, and
nutmeg; pour over bread mixture. Bake 350 degrees for 45 - 50 minutes
or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm with
Dream Whip or non-fat frozen yogurt on top, if desired.  Calories per
serving: 108 (all sugar version) Calories per serving:  96 (1/2 Sweet
