Ingredients: 1 c Fresh apricots; diced; 1/2 md Pineapple; peeled and diced; 1/4 md White onion; diced; 1 lg Avocado; peel, pit & dice; 1 md Red bell pepper; diced; 2 tb Fresh lime juice; 1 tb Chopped fresh cilantro; 1/2 ts Salt; 1/2 ts Freshly ground black pepper

What is the church going to be when it “grows up”? 2. Mission – What is the church trying to accomplish for the community and congregation? 3. Financial Ability – What can the church afford to build and how will it be paid for? 4.Needs – What does the church need to build in order to become the vision and accomplish the mission?

We are all starved for the glory of God, not self. No one goes to the Grand Canyon to increase self-esteem. Why do we go? Because there is greater healing for the soul in beholding splendor than there is in beholding self. INGREDIENTS

1	c	Fresh apricots; diced
1/2	md	Pineapple; peeled and diced
1/4	md	White onion; diced
1	lg	Avocado; peel, pit & dice
1	md	Red bell pepper; diced
2	tb	Fresh lime juice
1	tb	Chopped fresh cilantro
1/2	ts	Salt
1/2	ts	Freshly ground black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all the ingredients, toss lightly, and refrigerate for 30
minutes before serving.
Yield: Approx. 3 cups
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: This makes a splendid accompaniment to roast
pork or lamb.
