Broccoli-chedder Stuffed Potato

INGREDIENTS

10 oz Idaho potatoes
1/2 c Broccoli, steamed and
Chopped
1 T Nonfat sour cream
3/4 oz Lowfat cheddar cheese
Shredded

INSTRUCTIONS

In small bowl, combine potato flesh, broccoli and sour cream.  Sprinkle
with cheese and  bake and 375 for 15 minutes or until heated.  Per
