Chinese Noodle Salad

Grains Chinese 1 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1 lg Head chinese cabbage; (bok choy)
5 Green onions with tops
2 pk Ramen noodles; (discard flavor packets)
1/2 c Sesame seeds
1/2 c Real butter
1 pk (small) slivered almonds
1 c Oil
2 tb Soy sauce
1 c Sugar
1/2 c Vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS

SAUCE MIXTURE
Chop onions and cabbage. Chill. Lightly brown noodles, (broken up) in
butter with sesame seeds and slivered almonds. Drain on paper towel. Before
serving combine all salad ingredients together. Mix sauce ingredients well
and combine with salad, tossing lightly. Makes 10 servings.
