Ingredients: 1/3 c Heavy cream; 2 oz Semisweet chocolate; cut up; 8 oz Cream cheese; softened; 1 ts Grated orange zest

Chocolate Cream Cheese Spread

INGREDIENTS

1/3	c	Heavy cream
2	oz	Semisweet chocolate; cut up
8	oz	Cream cheese; softened
1	ts	Grated orange zest

INSTRUCTIONS

Melt cream and chocolate. Cool to lukewarm. Beat cream cheese until
smooth. Beat in chocolate mixture until light and fluffy (2 mins.)
Stir in orange zest. Refrigerate until firm.
