INGREDIENTS

Jell-o; (4 serv size) sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix |

Kool Whip Lite-divided |

(16 oz) fruit cocktail; packed in its own juice, drained |

Keebler; (6 oz) graham-cracker crust |
INSTRUCTIONS
In a lg mixing bowl, stir cream cheese with a spoon until soft. Add pudding
mix, dry milk, and water. Mix well using a wire whisk. Fold in 1/2c Kool
Whip. Add fruit cocktail. Mix gently to combine. Pour mixture into
piecrust. Chill until ready to serve. Serve with the remaining Kool Whip.
Serves 8
I have varied the flavors of pudding, fruit, crust; i've added coconut;
sprinkled GrapeNuts on top or cinnamon; extracts...be creative!!!
