INGREDIENTS

1 16 oz.box confectioners' sugar
1 c Finely chopped pecans
1/2 c Butter, room temperature
1/4 c Green creme de menthe
1 6 oz. pkg. semisweet choc. chips, melted

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix confectioners' sugar, pecans, butter and creme de menthe in medium bowl
until well blended.  Cover and refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes.
Line a large baking sheet with foil.  Shape pecan mixture into 1 1/4 inch
round balls and place on sheet. Refrigerate until firm, about 15 minutes.
Dip half of each ball into melted chocolate; return to sheet. Refrigerate
until set, about 1 hour.  (Can be prepared ahead. Place in airtight
container and refrigerate five days or freeze up to one month.) Typed in
