Trim excess fat from meat, cut meat into cubes. In a skillet brown meat on
all sides in hot oil, drain. Transfer meat to S.C stir in all other ing.
Cover and cook on low heat setting for 8 - 10 hours. Turn to high heat
setting. Blend cold water slowly into flour, stir into meat mixture, Cook
till thickened Stir occ. Serve with noodles - 6 Servings.
