INSTRUCTIONS
TO SERVE
1. Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the onion, garlic and sausages and cook
for 5-6 minutes, turning occasionally.
2. Add the tomatoes, pepper, tomato puree, mustard, vinegar, tabasco and
seasoning.
3. Bring to the boil and simmer for 6-7 minutes.
