3 c Flour
2 c Sugar
3 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
1 c Oil
1/2 c Orange juice
2 1/2 ts Vanilla
4 Apples; peeled and sliced

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all ingredients together except apples. Pour half the batter into bundt
pan. Punt in half the apples with some cinnamon sprinkled on top. Pour in
rest of batter and top with remaining apples and cinnamon Bake until
done...
350    Degrees and 1 1/2 hours
