INGREDIENTS

2 lb Pork spareribs, cut in
pieces
1/2 c Soy sauce
1/4 c Garlic, minced

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix soy sauce and chopped garlic. Pour over spareribs. Marinate for 3
hours at room temperature or overnight in the refrigerator. Preheat
oven to 300F. Place ribs on rack over drip pan and roast 1 to    1-1/2
