Fig And Chile Salsa

INGREDIENTS

1 Bermuda onion, I still
Prefer red
3 Mild chiles
Anaheim, or Californ
2 Serrano chilies, I used
Only one
4 T Minced fresh cilantro
1 T Sugar
1/2 t Salt, or to taste
Juice of one lime

INSTRUCTIONS

Roast and peel Anaheim chilies, remove seeds & stem and chop coarsely
Mince onion and Serrano chile fine.  Add minced cilantro. 3. Remove
stem and cut figs into chunks 4. Toss all in a bowl gently to not
break figs. 5. Add sugar, salt and lime juice, mix all and allow to
stand to 30 min. Serve with Chicken or grilled pork.  Recipe By     :
