INGREDIENTS

2 Envelopes Knox® unflavored gelatine
1/2 c Cold water
1 c Boiling water
2 c Sour cream
1 c Wishbone® thousand island dressing
2 cn (7 oz) tuna or salmon; drained and flaked
1/4 c Finely chopped onion
1 ts Dill weed

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large bowl, sprinke gelatine over cold water; let stand 1 minute. Add
boiling water and stir until gelatine is completely dissolved. With a wire
whip or rotary beater, blend in sour cream and thousand island dressing.
Fold in remaining ingredients. Turn into a 6-cup mold or bowl; chill until
firm. Makes about 5 1/2 cups spread.
Note: Recipe can be halved. Turn into a 3-cup mold or bowl. You may also
substitute canned shrimp or crabmeat.
