Name: Focaccia (Emeril)
Ingredients: 1 Batch of focaccia dough, proofed; (recipe follows); 2 tb Olive oil; 2 tb Mixed chopped herbs; 1/4 c Grated Parmesan cheese; Salt and pepper

INGREDIENTS

1		Batch of focaccia dough, proofed; (recipe follows)
2	tb	Olive oil
2	tb	Mixed chopped herbs
1/4	c	Grated Parmesan cheese
		Salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread the dough out on a oiled sheet tray and
press "dimples" into it with your fingertips. Drizzle with the oil, herbs
and cheese and season. Bake until browned and cooked through and let cool.
