INGREDIENTS

2 Jalapeno chilies; seeded, chopped
1 Piece Peeled ginger – (quarter-size); sliced
1/2 c Drained plain yogurt
3 tb Water
3 tb Lime juice
1 tb Raw sugar
1 1/4 ts Salt
2/3 c Mint leaves
1 c Freshly-grated coconut

INSTRUCTIONS

In a blender combine all the ingredients. Pulse until pureed. Add more
yogurt or water to thin sauce, as desired. Transfer to a serving bowl.
