INGREDIENTS

200 g Cabbage
50 g Onion
1 Fresh chilli
1/2 t Salt
25 Water
50 g Grated coconut
1/4 t Black pepper
1/2 t Turmeric
juice 1/2 lime

INSTRUCTIONS

Wash and shred the cabbage and place in a pan. Chop onion and chilli
and add to the cabbage. salt and water and cook for 5 minutes. Stir,
then add the coconut, pepper and turmeric and cook for a further 2-3
