| 1 | c | Wheat germ |
| 1 | c | Coconut |
| 1/4 | c | Seseme seeds |

| 6 | tb | Oil |
| 1 | c | Honey |
| 2 | c | Dried fruits and nuts |
INSTRUCTIONS
