Green Bean Salad with Walnut Dressing

INGREDIENTS

3 lb Green beans
10 Walnut halves, toasted and chopped
4 tb Walnut oil
1/2 c Vegetable oil
1/4 c Red wine vinegar
1 Garlic clove
Coarse kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Blanch the beans in boiling water until just tender, about 3 to 4 minutes.
Drain and chill immediately.
Mix the remaining ingredients and let stand 1 hour.
Immediately before serving, toss the beans in the dressing and remove the
