Green Onion and Celery Casserole

INGREDIENTS

3/4 c Green onions
1 c Celery; chopped
2 tb I Can't Believe It's Not Butter – Light, *Note
2 c Rice
2 c Nonfat Chicken Broth; **Note
1 ts Sage
1/4 ts Black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

*NOTE: Original recipe used butter
**NOTE: Original recipe used regular chicken broth
Cook onions and celery in margarine until tender, pour into dish.
Cook rice in chicken broth until half done, pour over celery and onions.
Add sage and pepper to casserole and bake 40 min at 350~F until rice is
tender.
