Green Pea Guacamole

INGREDIENTS

10 oz Frozen green peas, (1 package)
1 c Peeled cubed avocado
1/2 c Nonfat sour cream alternative
1/4 c Chopped green onions
2 tb Chopped fresh cilantro
1 1/2 tb Fresh lime juice
1 tb Canned chopped green chiles, drained
1/4 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
1 Clove garlic, peeled

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook peas according to package directions; drain.
Place peas and remaining ingredients in food processor, and process until
smooth. Spoon into a bowl; cover and chill. Yield: 2-1/4 cups plus 2
tablespoons (serving size: 1 tablespoon).
Per serving: 15 Calories; 1g Fat (45% calories from fat); 1g Protein; 2g
Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 24mg Sodium
Serving Ideas : Serve with no-oil tortilla chips.
