Grilled Bread With Duck Fat, Sea Salt And Apples

INGREDIENTS

1 Loaf crusty French bread
4 oz Duck fat, available at fancy
butcher shops
2 T Sea salt, up to 3
1 T Fresh rosemary, chopped
2 Macoun apples

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat grill or broiler.  Cut bread into 1inch thick slices and grill
until dark golden brown.  Smear each slice with 1 to 2 teaspoons duck
fat. Sprinkle each slice  with sea salt, then rosemary. Serve warm with
