White or egg bread; (Challah) |

Small amount of mayonnaise |

Swiss cheese |

Thin slices of ripe tomato |
|

Salt and pepper |
INSTRUCTIONS
Spread each slice of bread with olivada, and a little bit of mayonnaise.
Sandwich a slice or two of cheese in between the bread, with or without a
slice of tomato.
Saute or grill sandwich on each side until cheese has melted.
Yield: 1 serving
