25 lb HAM SECTIONED CURED

INSTRUCTIONS

TEMPERATURE:  350 F. GRIDDL
1.  IN STEP 1, SLICE HAM INTO 4 OZ STEAKS.
2.  GRILL ON LIGHTLY GREASED 350 F. GRIDDLE, 1 1/2 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE OR
UNTIL BROWNED.
3.  REMOVE FAT FROM GRIDDLE AS IT ACCUMULATES.
NOTE:  1.  IN STEP 1, RACKS MAY BE USED.
2.  OTHER SIZES AND TYPES OF PANS MAY BE USED.  SEE RECIPE NO. A-25.
