INGREDIENTS

MARINADE
1 c Salad oil
2 T White vinegar
1 t Salt
1/4 t Tarragon leaves
1 t Lemon and pepper seasoning
1/8 t Lemon zest, or 1 teaspoon
lemon juice
1/8 t Garlic powder

INSTRUCTIONS

Recipe by: The Maryland Seafood Cookbook.  Mix ingredients together.
Let stand several hours at room temperature  to let flavors blend
before using. Use for basting when grilling or  broiling soft crabs,
