Grilled Meat (teppan Yaki)

INGREDIENTS

1 lb Cubed beef
12 Shrimp
1 Sliced onion
2 Bell peppers, cut into cubes
2 Sliced zucchini
12 Mushrooms, cut in half
Cooking oil
1 c Soy sauce
1/2 c Rice vinegar
1/2 t Grated ginger root
1 c Grated daikon, japanese
radish
3 T White toasted sesame seeds

INSTRUCTIONS

Using a griddle, or an outdoor barbecue, grill well-oiled beef,  shrimp
and vegetables until just done. Sprinkle on salt and pepper  with a
flourish. Eat with the following dipping sauce: Mix all  dipping sauce
ingredients. Pour in individual cups. Dip as you wish.  Posted to
