INGREDIENTS

1 tb Reduced-calorie mayonnaise
1 ts Dijon mustard
4 sl Rye bread, (1-ounce)
2 sl Swiss-flavored nonfat, (3/4-ounce) process cheese product
4 oz Lean lower-salt smoked ham, thinly sliced
1 c Thinly sliced green cabbage
Vegetable cooking spray

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine mayonnaise and mustard in a bowl; stir well. Spread mayonnaise
mixture over each of 2 bread slices; top each with 1 cheese slice, 1 ounce
ham, 1/2 cup cabbage, and 1 ounce ham. Top with remaining bread slices.
Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium heat until
hot. Add sandwiches; cook 3 minutes on each side or until golden. Yield: 2
servings.
Per serving: 634 Calories; 34g Fat (48% calories from fat); 45g Protein;
36g Carbohydrate; 126mg Cholesterol; 2079mg Sodium
